Rotten Minds - Poem by Kennedy Phadima

Look into the faces
of people from different places
Some are beautiful
Some are not
but you can never judge
a book by its cover
for the Bible is black
but within it there is life

I wish God had given me
one last sense, 'Psychic'
Then I would
not have to wonder
What they think
when they see me
Better still their eyes
give them away

I have seen it in their eyes
the way they twist them
the way they twich
how they blink
how they glim
I tell you their eyes
give them away
They got rotten minds.
