Running Through Blinding White

A cosmic blast,
Through the sky,
And we laugh at the picture’s scene,
Though the people stare,
And whisper too,
We don’t seem to care,
We just smile,
And light our way to the path,
The path we made long ago,
When we were lonely souls,
But now we have each other,
And that’s all that seems to matter,
For we don’t hear,
The misunderstood,
Cries of laughter in the air,
Forever we’ll be walking,
Walking through the sky,
For our blast was blue,
And lost in the color,
In the color of the night,
But we’ll just laugh,
Laugh at each other,
And keep our hearts alive,
Alive with hope,
Hope and eternal love,
And here we go,
Go running through the blinding white,
The blinding white road,
The road that’s twisting,
Twisting frantically,
Frantically forever.
