Sad Eyes Poem by Poetic Judy Emery

Sad Eyes

SAD EYES

You with those sad eyes
That wrongs me with tempting's
Of your mystery ways,
What shall I ever compare you with?
I am spellbound by the way you look at me,
Your words you say
comes out of your mouth so soothing,

you look like a prince that is in many novels,
each day is a new page I crave to read,
you are that prince my lips want to kiss,
you with those sad eyes
you look so delightful,

but why do you look as if you are about to cry
who made you feel so bad
that you could no long rise your head?
When I paid more attention to you
I swear I think I know you,

Did I read you out of a book?
Or seen you in a move?
Have we ever meet?
Now I can't get you out of off my mind,
My own beloved has been away for some time,
You remind me of him,

But now all I have is the visons and memories
That keep me company;
But you with your sad eyes,
When I look at them I can almost feel your pains
Of long ago; your heart is still bleeding as mine,

Where the sea hallows in anger,
Where painful memories speller sorrow
Where words do hurt, they cut deep at the soul
Where you almost lose control,
Have we meet before?
By the way you look at me, your eyes are telling
me a story I know all too well.
