There is sadness all around and within me
Dark pillars that expound endlessly broken hearts
Yet there’s always the light that seeps in righteously
Ever forgiving beams that bring hope and amnesty
My heart is aching from the pain of loving carelessly
Healing powers of the world attach themselves to the air I breathe
I pray for strength to forgive those that rear massive sorrow
And smile because I have found it within myself to find happiness
