Salutations to the voices bold,
Who bore the lamp through dark and cold—
The Sufi's chant, the Scholar's creed,
Carrying the Word where hearts had need.
Through desert winds, through mountain spines,
Through dawn's hush and midnight's signs,
The message surged—a boundless stream,
A truth that burned, an endless gleam.
Yet echoes warped, and shadows grew,
Veiled by minds that sought to hew.
Each tongue that spoke, each hand that traced,
Wrapped the light in veils embraced.
A river clear, now thick with silt,
Where seekers drift, where meanings tilt.
Currents twist, reflections fray,
Clarity dims as breaks the day.
Did Gabriel mourn when wisdom strayed?
Did Mustafa sigh at the veils we made?
Did heaven watch in sorrowed hush,
As form eclipsed the sacred blush?
The Word was Light—unfading, sheer,
A sun unbowed by doubt or fear.
Yet hands dissected, bent, confined,
Till paths diverged from the Divine.
Through sects and scrolls, through creed and claim,
Essence was lost in reason's game.
The heart's raw cry, the soul's deep plea,
Drowned beneath the scholar's decree.
O yearning soul, let truth arise—
Unshackled from the mind's disguise.
Cast off the chains of rigid lore,
Seek the breath at the core's core.
Drink from the source before it's blurred,
Hear the hum beneath the word.
For silence holds what speech betrays—
A flame untouched by shadow's haze.
The Sufi whirls, the sage sits still,
The mystic walks where thought bends to will.
The path is one, though names divide—
The journey's traced alone inside.
Walk with caution, walk with fire,
Pierce the veil of base desire.
For truth remains when veils depart—
And love alone reclaims the heart.
