Sam Won The Lottery Poem by Joy Thacker

Sam Won The Lottery

Verse#1- My friend Sam won the lottery- He's become as snobbish as he can be- You'd think since we're best friends- He'd give a good portion to me- Sam sure is not the same- Since he won big lottery dough- When I told him friends should share- He told me where to go- Sam drives by in his fancy car- I'll admit I'm filled with jealousy- I'm still driving my rusty old car- That's almost as old as me- Before Sam won the lottery- He could not get a date- Now he's got lots og girls- At last count it was eight.
