I'M Going On A Diet Poem by Joy Thacker

Verse#1- I'm planning to take off some weight- I will start my diet quite soon- Right now it's the first of May- I will start my Diet mid-June- Verse#2- I now weigh three hundred pounds- I plan to take that number way down- To give myself an incentive- I bought a pretty small gown- Verse#3- Since I plan to start my diet mid-June- And that's about six weeks away- I'm gonna splurge on ice cream and cake- Right up until the designated day.
