Same-Sex Marriage Survey

My guess is
that if you don't send it in,
the no-sayers will say
who didn't would've said no,
and the yes-sayers won't say
they would've said yes.

If, who didn't say
plus who said no
is more than who said yes,
or pretty close to,
I further guess
the parliamentarians
with the ultimate say
will not say yes.
