Sand Along The Sea Poem by Evelyn L. Bolin

Sand Along The Sea

How many times has Jesus proved His love for you and me?
Tis joy to know and vast to show as sand along the sea.

So many times the tempest tossed, my soul in fear would be.
With strength He fed, my faith was spread as sand along the sea.

There was a time that Satan bound but Jesus set me free.
My sins one day He washed away as sand along the sea.

Yet, on the Cross no love was shown. He wept so bitterly.
Was "Great" the cry to "Crucify" as sand along the sea.

Yes, sinful men will still offend the Man of Galilee.
With love to lift, still on they drift as sand along the sea.

For may souls on Judgement Day from Wrath will try to flee.
A loss to pay, from sin will lay as sand along the sea.

I beg before that hour appears, the world in humble plea,
Will stir all men, cleanse white all sin as sand along the sea.
