Satans are not beings I would dread—
Not as foes who wander far and wide.
What I believe, though fiercely denied,
Let me speak it plainly: if they exist,
They dare not tread where is divine light,
Nor linger where truth can't be denied.
So let me rise, and boldly stand,
To teach them faith, to take their hand.
Call me foolish—perhaps I am—
But wisdom burns in love's bright flame.
And should I falter, undo me then;
Let truth itself restore my name.
But hear me well and mark it true:
To play life safe is a subtler doom.
For when you freeze in shadows deep,
You give the dark your soul to keep.
Better to risk the divine unknown
Than fear the shadows that it's grown.
You are the Satan you dread the most,
When you shun the light and flee its host.
When truth's law bends, and lies are near,
When self-deceit becomes your fear.
Illusions thrive where hearts grow cold,
But truth, unshaken, dares be bold.
So fear no foe, no phantom's guise—
Let light within your spirit rise.
Where light resides, no dark can stay,
And Satans of your making fade away
