Save The Earth Poem by Varghese Kuncheria

Save The Earth

Who owns the Earth and the fullness in it?
Who can hold it in the palm of his hand?
No man or beast; no, none, but One,
The maker of it all, its keeper.

No eye has seen, no ear has heard,
Such marvelous works we see,
Works no one can fathom,
Yet we enjoy His majestic creation.

In excess, Earth's crust was drilled,
Soil and water resources wasted,
Leaving cavities, causing earthquakes,
Bringing total havoc to life on Earth.

Fight a good fight to save the planet,
Make your sojourn as brave as ever,
Sacrifice to save our dwelling place,
To save planet Earth and mankind.

Let us love our planet to the core,
Which is given to us and our kindred,
Not to trample it underfoot as chaff,
Nor to make it all a concrete junk.

Trees, animals and the whole wildlife,
Even humans, destroyed and killed,
Many an innocent blood is shed,
Earth is crying out for peace.

Save the earth and bring peace,
Make it a harmonious place to live,
Save our planet and save the lives,
Make it a serene and tranquil place.
