Sea Dog Poem by Clive Culverhouse

Sea Dog

Rating: 5.0

life over the leg
of an old salt; a trip
reminiscent of waves
the wood carved,
to beards of isles
through shark infested
tales; tip that ocean
like rum in a bowl,
splashing higher
up masts poking storms,
gouge boards where
that leg does knock
landing flat on the floor
