Season's End Poem by Michele Clucas

Season's End

Bitter cold haunts each thought
Greens have faded -
Browns inheriting their domain!
Cutting wind penetrates all warmth
Leeching light from the soul
Driving away energy and being
Summers final breeze -
Carrying Winters breath
