Second Chance Poem by Silence Dogood

Second Chance

Heavens gates close on me.
I go down on hands and knees.
And beg.
For a second chance.

Angels cries ring overhead.
Banished to the realm of the dead.
And wait.
For a second chance.

Sadness falls in forms of rain.
Dripping dropping on the pain.
And pray.
For a second chance.

God visits those who die.
Help them with their last goodbye.
And live.
For a second chance.

I beg.
I wait.
I pray.
I live.
For a second chance.

Believe it, He is a God of second chances...of third...fourth...and more. Ours is a merciful God.
