Second Death Poem by Nizi khan

Second Death

Air flood my lungs in calm silence,
Heart pound away with galloping brilliance,
I chasing dreams like dandelions in the wind,
Coveted armor guard me from head to shin,
Falls, tides, struggles and pride,
Grips, slips, nips and elderly tips,
Growls, scorns, smirks and devil's horns,
That Warm lovely home and his smiling charm,
Thoughts play and memories sway,
Smiles and smile more dancing to the reggae,
Dawns and sets merge into single threads,
Flowing longer and more towards destiny's chore,
More..more.. And more in galore,
A splash of thundering light and frightful plight,
Darkness tickles my fluid sight,
Lids heavy, legs numb, tongue waving a farewell hum,
Exhale at last to slip from this worldly cast,
A facade of life dissolves to an end,
As I remember you-death- my sinful friend,
We flirted, kissed and played for all but your loss in agony,
And still you held me enduring my worldly debate,
Circle me round and round, awaiting my final fate,
You so patient, soft, swift, beautiful and tall,
My bow for an absolute embrace with no stall,
Finally it is you the victor and me not,
After decades of games we at last we,
And time will scratch away every last stain of me,
As your conquest not end me once but twice,
My life and then memories in the hearts of other dice.
