Second Love
Rating: ★5.0
When I was young
I had a guardian angel,
Protected from my drunkard father,
Skipped meals waiting for me.
My first love, my grandma,
In my spirituality
Dead people haunt those they most love.
I dream every night
Or I am being haunted.
My second love,
You, a perfect incarnation of her
A little impatient-
But the love just as pure.
I see my grandma in you
the soul of course.
Your youthful body,
A temple where I pray for the soul,
She lives within your every breath.
