A simple hello
A smile to brighten your day
How I want to say
I love you today
The feeling of your kiss
I'll definitely miss
But how can I?
When I never did kiss those lips?
The fear in your eyes
The disguise in mine
How I long to be close
But instead it's overdose
Overdosed on your love
From way up above
Angels cry
From the sky
I'd live for you
I'd even die
A simple choice of words
A single breath
Caught in the wind
Escaped by death
The sound of children playing
By the swings
I choose to live
I choose to strive
But without you
I'm nothing
But I can't stay
Tangled in your trap
Losing breath
Losing sight
Of who I am
To see you with her
It kills me
With every beat of my heart
I get closer
Closer to death
But I want to live
To live for myself
To be closer to closure
I want to turn my face
To run and hide
To be without you
By my side
Not a single word baby
