Secrets Poem by Alc Harris

Secrets

Rating: 4.8

Put on the coat
With the hidden pockets
A bit of lipstick
Fill in eye sockets
With green glass from the bottle
And the promise I made
To keep out intruders
From this charade
Slip into concrete shoes
Then follow your lead
The truth is only
What we perceive
