Secrets Poem by Raakhi Mittal

Secrets

A perfect can of worms
tightly sealed
do not open before christmas

a lone maggot
wriggles into your
brain creating

a worm shaped
black space that nothing
can fill

niggling doubt
that cracks
and shatters
the milk is already spilt.
