Self Belief Poem by Kevin Hulme

Self Belief

Rating: 5.0

Self Belief, Self Belief,
Forever being told it's like drilling the teeth.
Be true to yourself, endeavour and strive,
Give One-Hundred Percent with Vigour and Drive.
There's nothing you can't do when Coaching the Mind,
Your goals are in sight very soon you will find.
Self Belief, Self Belief, a slogan for life, uplifting and brief,
On every T.V. and Radio the same,
All Sporting-Events, every distance and Game.
But I've often wondered, should it cause you some grief,
If our dear Father Christmas has the old Self Belief?
