Selling Picasso Poem by Satish Verma

Selling Picasso

The eternal pain becomes
a gift. Your ennui helps you to
accept me. Ruins become an award.

I was searching for the
stolen eyes. My moments of screaming
were unheard like a nightingale..

This was a divine fall
on the dying painties. Who asked
the ravens to collect under a tree.
