The lake
Was silent
Cool as glass
Fond remembered
As time passed
For the breath
Of gentle wind
That brushed
My face
Sent by a saddened Seraphim
Across the waters
Just for me
Lost in a moment
Of tranquillity
Lost in the beauty
Of the glass
That lay before me
As the past
