Seventy-Eight Years Of Freedom Poem by Vinaya Joseph

Seventy-Eight Years Of Freedom

Seventy-eight years, and we still soar high,
A nation reborn under the open sky.
From the depths of history, brave and bold,
To the dawn of today, our story unfolds.

This land we walk on, rich and deep,
Holds memories that no time can sweep.
Through trials and nights that seemed so long,
We forged a path, both firm and strong.

In every village, in every busy street,
The rhythm of freedom keeps its beat.
From the towering peaks to the endless shore,
We honor the heroes who came before.

Their courage lives within our veins,
A legacy that forever remains.
Through every storm, we stand tall,
In unity and peace, we give our all.

Seventy-eight years, and the light still shines,
In every heart, as time aligns.
With heads held high, we plant the seeds,
Of future dreams and noble deeds.

India, our land of grace and light,
Where diverse voices unite in might.
Different yet one, in strength we stand,
A beacon of hope across the land.

As we step forward to answer the call,
We carry the spirit of freedom for all.
For in this soil, in the air we breathe,
Lives a dream we will never leave.
