When I am an Angel
Carrying the light from Heaven
In my hands,
Being immersed
In the Tethys of light around me
I see no shadow of my own.
When I am a Demon
Carrying the night from Hell
In my soul,
Being immersed
In the Styx of darkness around me
I see no shadow of my own.
When I am a mortal
Carrying the cost of Life
In my heart,
Being immersed
In the Pacific of one’s eyes
I do see my shadow in them.
