Somewhere in between
A smile and a tear

Somewhere in between
Hope and anguish

Somewhere in between
Nothingness and plenitude

Somewhere in between
The stairs and the last wall

Loitering in the corridor
Doors shut, lights out
Shunned form every vibrant air
Inside the rooms
Does a breeze
Seek a place
Somewhere in between
A way in and a way out...
