She walks with such grace,
Her wedding dress sweeping along the floor,
As her long black hair curls round her face,
She begins a new life,
Joined in holy matrimony,
With her soul mate, her lover by her side,
This is the happiest day of her life,
But there are secrets so dark,
That she’s been forced to hide,
She too ashamed to tell,
As she vows till death do they part,
If only he knew,
The torment locked inside her broken heart,
Then maybe their marriage would have lasted longer,
Together they could have been stronger,
But her demons she couldn’t destroy,
As she swallowed the lethal dose,
Now all he has left,
Is the shadow of her ghost
