I’m sorry for all that I’ve done,
For all the pain I’ve cause you,
The tears that you’ve cried,
The horror inside,
If only I could take it all back,
And change all the past,
I’m sorry I couldn’t be the perfect child,
I’m sorry that I couldn’t show you my love,
I’m sorry I wasn’t strong enough

Jade, at some time or other we would all like to change our past. Sadly we can't. It hurts a little when it is someone close to us. This is a very lovely poem. Thanks for sharing it. David
