Shah Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Shah

Shah

I see words are great, valuable at the birth
-but later used, abused become waste
-down, sewage, or even excellence

Shah means lead, great and bright
-it is so meaningful with path, way
-but not when used as a dictator
-shame to read of many eyes, ears
-and the tongues been cut off
-it plants seed of hate to hear
-heads crushed under feet
-of the big elephants…

Words, oh words, oh you words
-go…get out…leave me done
-want silence and dumbness
-want to be all alone with deafness
-want to be rock, stone, wind and wave

Words…
You pebbles…
You were rocks…
On a side of mountain…
Fell from height and rolled…
Changed your shape and message…
