Shamelessness Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Shamelessness

Shamelessness

For years I observed and kept mouth shut.

Carefully and conscious
Studied the canvas
From parks to jungles.

Shy trees turn shameless
Get rid of the dress
Drop them at their feet
Show legs, arms, head and chest.

It starts with that rain
Always same
I tried and tried and tried it again
I sat, walked, looked around
Noted and remember
Change arrives with night rain.

The trees take shower
And then go unconscious
Get rid of memory
Bow to the desire
To show off appear.

What drug is in rain?
It causes miracle
Medicine prescribed
Must be too complex
Yes and but
Whatever
Fall, autumn, is master with colour
And starts with a rain.

Believers find their way
Promised is the gate
Too close is heaven…
When fall leaves
Give colours.
