She Fell, She Died Poem by Kelsey Joe

She Fell, She Died

Blood is the soul
that lies within the cuts,
She's got the soul alright
But most people think she's nuts.
The purposely placed scars sit on her arm
And the ribbons of where blood once lied on her wrist
The tears from her eyes make the world mist.
She's distant and calling
Trying to find her way, yet falling
into the deep dark depths of Hell
Where the light and happiness will show where
She fell.
Cries and Blood stains
Her shattered heart remains
She's dead inside
She has no more pride
And when someone asks 'What happened
to the girl I once knew? '
She can honestly answer,
'She died.'
