She Hates Winter

The wailing winds of
sharpening jabs were unmerciful
slapping the beauty of
her face for their evil explored.
By each capitulating cut they made with
slavishing and slashing curses.
Onto her nose mutilated and eyes sunken
into the sculptured skull.
