Don’t grieve for her, for now she is free
She followed the path God has laid her see.
She took His hand when she heard Him call
She turned her back and left us all.
We can shed tears that she’s gone
Cherish her memory and let it live on.
Her suffering and pain have just ended
Her beauty and grace in heaven blended.
Be not burdened with times of sorrow
She wish us the sunshine of tomorrow.
Perhaps her time seemed all too brief
Don't lengthen it now with undue grief.
Friends and good times she bade goodbye
Memories engraved in heart we can’t deny.
Her strength is something that we all agree
But God wanted her now; He set her free.
In memory of a friend:
