She Is Me/I Am Her Poem by Prince ....

Building up my wall again
Just to keep them out
I don't want to let them in
They'll make me scream and shout

All they do is tell me lies
And my other side she listens
Then they leave, she always cries
And who is with her then?

I'll be stuck to mop her tears
To calm her down and say don't cry
To keep her close, chase away fears
And all the while I'll have to try

Try to understand she is me
Her tears are mine, I am her
It's through her eyes I do see
And for this pain there is no cure
