She Leaned On My Shoulder Poem by KAVIN CHARALAN

She Leaned On My Shoulder

Rating: 5.0

The Sun bid farewell on western crimson sky
The birds returned to the nests with last song of the day
She too stood up and was about to leave
I held her hands and made a request
The sun birds and you, all at one time is not nice don't leave!
The yellow moon rose, might have whispered in her ears
She stayed back and leaned on my shoulder
And how long? We don't know!

So sweet and so romantic. The poem creates a perfect setting for the lovers to stay together: The Sun bid farewell on western crimson sky The birds returned to the nests with last song of the day
