She realized
she wasn't one of life's losers
when she saw life as a bright, sacred secret—
like an innocent child,
cradled in the arms of a long-waiting mother.
For so long, her prayers echoed unanswered,
and life seemed stripped of meaning.
She tallied her misfortunes,
plucked her bitter 'nos, '
and sat in the stillness of shadows,
where silence became her only solace.
Sadness wrapped itself around her,
a natural state
for a woman without a child.
But then, she turned to divine elixirs,
their taste sweet as morning dew,
soothing the fractures of her soul.
In their light, a truth emerged:
she was never truly childless.
All were her children,
their hearts seeking refuge in hers.
Within her stirred the Divine Mother,
who unraveled the web of illusion
and unveiled a love vast, eternal—
a sanctuary, limitless,
where all hearts rest.
