Shelter Movie Poem by Elena Goldenberg

Shelter Movie

Seaside. Sunshine. Ocean's touch.
Life is balancing to and fro.
You've forgotten so very much.
You've forgotten to live, little bro.

Everyday chores. Family. Work.
Life seems to laugh behind your back.
You are supposed to love and stock.
Your heart is with you. What do you lack?

Exes and ifs. Closets hand-made.
Pavements are shameful, but you're not.
Your heart can bleed and your blood is hot.
You'd better remember before you fade.

Seaside. Sunshine. Someone to touch.
Life is gliding under your board.
You have forgotten at least this much.
Have a good surf, little bro.
