Shoting Star Poem by Gabrielle Cummings

Shoting Star

Rating: 3.5

A rock flying in the sky,
falling down,
down to earth.

To catch a shooting star,
and hold it to your heart,
will never happen.

A good luck charm,
Shining bright,
It hangs on a string.

To catch a shooting star,
and hold it to your heart,
and expect a four leaf clover tonight.

A girl that seemed to fall from heaven,
With a Glowing heart of eternal life,
The more she smiles the brighter her light.

To catch a shooting star,
a warm heart to hold,
You will get everlasting love.
