Shouting Farewell Poem by Kurt Philip Behm

Shouting Farewell

Tripping over my shadow,
guilt darkened the night

The devil bespoken,
fear burning bright

Stepping into the darkness,
one chance to look back

Light shouting farewell
—as panic attacked
