Siamese Cat Poem by james watkin

Siamese Cat

Rating: 4.0

I once had a friend.
Truer than the best?
Lap-begged or not, unfailingly
Kept purred company.

I once knew its love.
Tenderer the rest?
In sickness or not, without fail
Meowed cheer. A wail!
