🇸🇱Sierra Ink poem Title. The World We Came To Meet. by, Sahid Alhaji Kanu

Fallen world, fallen world! !
A world of pain and sorrow.
'The struggles of man begin at birth';
His days are few yet sauced with agony and grief.

The sun shines yet it's a mockery;
The moon glows in the darkest night pretending to bury our bizarre emotions in the darkest skies.
Morning breaks and we realise it did nothing at all.

We came as individuals yet have to pay for the sins of our fathers.
We came to live our lives; yet we have to fight unseen battles started by our ancestors. Why should there be so much struggle and frustration? ?

Why should there be falling away of so many precious souls? ? ?
Lives perishing in the horizon,
Fading into oblivion like they never existed.
This is the world we came to meet - a world that could have been perfect had the serpent not been allowed in the Garden of Eden.

I lie in my bed steaming with bitterness;
My heart aches at my own struggles.
Is this the world the Creator had envisaged?
Did He create the world to be perfect or like a playwright He created the different characters that would later be Satan representing evil and Jesus representing good? ?

Is this fallen world part of His master plan from the beginning? ?
Before the foundations of the world, had He already established the fate of man and the evil that would befall him after his disobedience? ?
Was his disobedience imminent?

'All the world's a stage and all men are merely players.'
We are pieces of a huge puzzle; we're pencils in the hand of the Creator; we are like chaff easily blown away by the wind.
It's a tragedy what we are, it's deeply heart breaking.

I rest my ink, there's nothing more to say.
It's well where the sun doth swell.
