Silence Poem by Arjun Prakash

Silence

Rating: 5.0

It was kind of like that
Lost in the multitude of silence
Scrolling around,
Slowly coming forward.
Endlessly and immensely growing,
The fading eyes and the
Endless tears.
The river of sorrow immersed
the faith I had.
Theflood of gloominess
Had the power to drown my life.
A hope still persists,
the good deeds of this life
may provide a joyful afterlife.
vision fades;
eyes closed;
and I fall asleep into the
multitudes of silence.
