Silent Journey Poem by Wangchat konyak

Silent Journey

One that travelled far
Never returned unchanged.
The wrinkles on the brows,
Reveal the arduous paths he trod.
The quietness of his presence
Depicts of solitary trails.
The gaze that pierces with its weight
Narrates how the soul was scorch.
The smile that graces sunken cheeks
Tells so much of his defeats
That which cannot be put into words
Is clearly mark in his eyes.
