Silent Nights Poem by Runni McDaniel

Silent Nights

Stars shine through the luminous night
The city life is dead silent
No crickets play their music
During this wonderous night

The white blossoms gleam silver
In the milky shine
The wind silently kisses me
blowing swiftly

This hour is opposite
of the dawn
being gentle and sweet
so peaceful and safe
