All the wishes we make,
are what we want,
what we want to be,
I can’t believe I wish on a star,
cause mine never comes true,
all wishes never come true,
and so there is a new name for my wishes,
although people think there wishes come true,
most of the wishes are silent,
so there are silent wishes we all make,
and it’s not a mistake.

An insightful train of thought, well articulated and nicely penned with conviction. If wishes were horses beggars would ride Wishes are like imaginations which could run wild some times. On the order hand, wishes or dreams when rationally visualized, its attainment would surely come to be. Thanks for Scarlet. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
