Silhouette - Poem by Lorena Walker

sometimes i forget where i am
and where i was going
because the thought of you never goes away
and i only know to find you
i am running to catch up to you
but as i reach your silhoette
i realize you were never there
sometimes i forget who i am
and who i was going
to be.
