SINCE A PERIOD

Why this sadness, deprivation and loneliness
Every morning comes with new hope since long

Sadness has become my guest in life since long
Relation with disappointment in life is very old

One who came as hope of spring she has left
Leaving behind memory of autumn.

I often think while alone why should I get
This punishment since long

I am wandering since ages all alone in desert since long
Oh life! Tell me what is your decision I still wait for since long

There must have been some shortcomingotherwise
Why should am I destined to suffer since long?

I often set out all alone in known path hoping
To meet my lost love once again in life

I still cherish hope of living with loved ones since long
I made a resolve with my life I have to live with smile

Who has got every thing in life during their lives
I often keep asking.

Oh man! Happiness and sadness are part of life.
Live happily in today. Neither in the past nor in the future
Because past is dead yesterday and future is a dreams.
