Sindhu Darshan Festival, Leh Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

In their traditional colourful attire
With so much festivity and glee,
They, I mean the people of Leh and Ladakh
Celebrate it Sindhu Darshan
And the people across the country gather they there
With water in small earthen pots to immerse into
The waters of the Sindhu
Whose banks thud it with the footfall of the people
Across the country
Which the soldiers protect it
Thwarting the evil devious plan of the intruders.
