Sinking Soul Poem by Reshma Elza Ulahannan

Sinking Soul

Rating: 5.0

Life journey vast and boring
stop the heart breaking events
fed up with those people
cavalry and hunters behind
not sure of survival
hope is beyond imagination
Hey you strangers leave me
All are a nuisance in my deep
disturbance of multiple faces
selfish world, it's residents
may my soul take a leave
leave without written permission
soul is sinking -lift it
soul breaking depression

An insightful depiction of life at its lowest ebb, well articulated and nicely brought forth from the heart with conviction. Thanks for sharing Reshma.
