Sip Sip Poem by Tj Rains

Sip Sip

Silence
Take a bite
Silence again

This is an outing
Both him and her
Silence
They came together but they remain in
Silence

Is it hate?
Is it unspeakable?
Why is there such
Silence

I always thought when two were in love
There was never
Silence
There shouldn't be
Silence
But a willingness to share every breath
of life that we so gracefully take.

Sip sip,
Silence.

Au Contraire! ! ! ! ! I have found as I've aged, that so very much can be conveyed in silence! Love this poem! I also am one of those who love to be somewhere and just observe my surroundings, and wonder upon the lives of others! Great job with this one!
