An Emperor should have certain
essentials and qualities for running
a safe and effective functioning of a country;
Efficient army, Quietly living citizen,
Enormous revenue in treasury,
Intelligent ministers, Helping friends in need,
Well formed security
are the six important factors
for running the government by
Emperors!

Being infallible is what emperors strive for Which means simply ignoring all the rest that came before. Doing whatever they choose As long as in the game of cards, they do not lose. The well chosen military with well paid friends Negates the wishes of others to an end And keeps the people in peace (?) Without hope of overthrowing the despot in place. And if democracy should ever come With the removal of the emperor or his clone It will be revealed for all to see That so-called victory has become, very pricy. s
